Kamchatka
The entry is the region and the shape is the peninsula, and they are not the same size. The outline on the map is Natural Earth's KAMCHATKA PENINSULA, which stops at the isthmus; the book's Kamchatka reaches well north of it — 1-359's own section heading is "Northern Kamchatka and Adjacent Pacific Shore", and Bogoras files Tiličiki, Olyutorka and the Olyutorsky capes under it.
So a dozen places filed here sit outside the outline — Pakhacha and Cape Olutorsky among them. That is correct: one is the book's scope, the other a source's polygon, and inventing a boundary for "Kamchatka the region" is the one thing this atlas refuses to do.
