Cape Olutorsky
Not the cape modern charts call Мыс Олюторский — that headland is Cape Anannon. "The Cape Olutorsky of Russian and American maps is in reality Cape Anannon […] while the real Cape Olutorsky lies close to Baron Korff's Bay (on the Russian maps, Cape Govensky)" (1-032, repeated in 1-359's note 2), and the book's own map draws ALUTORSKY CAPE on the eastern headland of Korf Bay, with ANANNON CAPE some 230 km east of it. The coordinate above is that headland, read off the map — prose and plate agreeing.
The name is used the other way once, in the sentence just before the correction: Dall's 1879 Eskimo colony "at Cape Olutorsky" (1-032) is reported in the maps' sense, which is what prompts Bogoras to correct it.
Cape Govensky is this cape, by the same sentence: the maps' name for it, which modern charts keep as Мыс Говена, a few kilometres from the point above.
