Waldemar Jochelson’s The Koryak — Memoirs AMNH Vol. X, and Vol. VI of the Jesup series this book is Vol. VII of. Not in Authorities Quoted: part 1 went to press in 1904 and the work did not exist yet, so folio 9's asterism — "For other authorities see references in the text" — is the only provision the print makes for it.
Parts 2 and 3 cite it as "Vol. VI, Jochelson, The Koryak, p. NN" — the Vol. VI is the series volume and stands before the name. Bare the Koryak is the people, Koryak.
