Hare Mountains
A low, broad range east of the middle and upper Kanchalan — the editor’s identification. The book names the same feature twice and never says so: “Hare Mountains” with Ушканій хребетъ beside it in 1-359’s Anadyr Country list, and “the Kanchalan Hills” at 1-158.
The proper name leads because Ушканій хребетъ is one — “Hare Ridge” — where “Kanchalan Hills” describes the range by the river it stands over.
The coordinate is the editor’s, and a point standing for a range; it falls inside the Kanchalan's basin.
